Tesco Community Fair - 19th July

We had our first community fair on the 19th July, lots of goodies were free to our visitors and we worked with local charities to help get the people of Fakenham involved in their community with lots of volunteering opportunities.

Whizz-Kidz - Fakenham

Whizz-Kidz supports local disabled children and young people to live active and fun childhoods – by funding, and providing, mobility equipment, and through other opportunities such as wheelchair skills training, work placements and local ambassador groups.

Fakenham First Responders

We are a group of volunteers who respond to emergency calls in the area where we live or work on behalf of the East of England Ambulance Service. Our aim is to reach a potential life threatening emergency in the first vital minutes before the Ambulance crew arrive on scene.

Here at Support Our Soldiers we fill a particular and very important role, and that is helping on a day to day basis our Servicemen and women serving overseas. We don't question the reasons for them being there, we simply do our very best for them and their families.

First Focus, Resource Drop-in Centre, is based in the centre of Fakenham Town. Its aim is to provide a friendly service to access information on all issues around disability and much more, for the town and people living within a ten-mile radius.
