Our community fair on the 12th July was a brilliant event, loads to do, samples, entertainment, food, drink & ice cream ! Local charities looking for volunteers and adding great fun to the day, here the Liverpool Signing Choir wow the crowds with their brilliant performance

Lots of suppliers turned up to give out their free samples and work with the charities to help get you involved in your community

Acorn Farm, one of our local charities brought a whole petting zoo to our fair which everyone loved !

Well supported by the local services too, kids had a great time exploring the vehicles and blasting the sirens

Tesco Community Fair - 12th July

We had our first community fair on the 12th July, lots of goodies were free to our visitors and we worked with local charities to help get the people of Old Swan involved in their community with lots of volunteering opportunities.

Liverpool Signing Choir

Liverpool Signing Choir is a group that brings together the two arts of singing and signing. The group was started by Catherine Heggarty and consists of both children with hearing impediments and without.

Muscular Dystrophy Campaign - Liverpool

We are the leading UK charity focusing on all muscle disease. We are dedicated to improving the lives of all babies, children and adults affected by muscle disease.

The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation

Roy Castle is a charity thats has its roots in Liverpool that supports people with Lung Cancer and funds research into both the prevention and cure of lung cancer. Roy Castle will be attending our community fair on 12th July and will be looking to sign up some volunteers to assist with the great work they do.

Woodlands Hospice

Woodlands Hospice is a very worthy charity that provides relief and support to cancer sufferers. Woodlands hospice will be attending our community fair on 12th July and will be looking for volunteers to help sell their lottery tickets.

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice - Liverpool

Zoë’s Place is the only Baby Hospice in the UK. We provide 24 hour one-to-one respite and palliative nursing care for infants aged 0-5 with life threatening or life limiting conditions. The Hospice accommodates up to 6 infants at any one time, although we currently have 45 babies on our books in Liverpool.
